“Thank you so very much for transporting my parents to my daughter’s wedding events, and to John for being attentive to their needs. My mom said she had a good time and was so happy that she was able to attend. You have no idea what it meant for my daughter to have her grandmother be part of the wedding events. We displayed my mom’s wedding gown from 1944 and took pictures with her and my daughter.

“For the past year I have relied on MTS to transport my husband, who is wheelchair bound and suffering from dementia, from his nursing home to my hotel room daily for periods of ten days a month. Both MTS’s management and drivers are friendly, caring, responsible and utterly reliable. I can ask for the simplest of schedule changes, or smallest attention to details, such as the use of mittens or a cap, with the confidence that my request will be met. Moreover, MTS will often suggest sights of interest in the city and special outings of which I, who live in New York and travel here monthly to be with my husband, am unaware.

“My name is Elizabeth Tanner and I use your services. My drivers name is John, and he has been a lifesaver. About three months ago I had my daughter and being in a wheelchair it’s hard enough trying to take care of her. In the beginning of February, I moved to Holladay to be closer to my fiancée’s family. A few days after I moved my fiancée was in a serious car accident, which totaled our vehicle. Without your services, I would’t be able to go to any of my daughters doctors appointments. I would end up having to stay home all the time. With your services, I am able to to shopping while my fiancée is at work, to go to my daughters doctors appointments, and be a normal human being. I can’t thank you enough for giving me the freedom that normal people have. Not a lot of people understand that with disease comes with a list of things you give up, certain freedoms, certain abilities. Not only does John drive me places, he also comes in and helps me shop, reach things I can’t reach, helps me find things that are above my level of sight.
I haven’t been using your services long, but you have made a difference in my life. I love being able to go to the doctors with my daughter and hear firsthand her growth and development. I love that I don’t have to miss special occasions because buses don’t run that day or I have no other transportation. I just wanted you to know that what you’re doing is amazing and I appreciate everything you have done with this business you started. “I had an amazing experience with these guys! My wife and I are both in wheelchairs and we were invited to a friend's wedding in the Salt Lake area but were about to give up because it was difficult to find an affordable way to get us both to everywhere we needed to be over several days. Luckily I found these guys. When I called for rates and told them the situation they immediately referred me to the owner. When I contacted him he gave me his email and had me send him our iternary: 7 trips over 3 days. He sent me a quote the next day that included a discount since we had so many trips close together.
When we arrived at the airport we were met by a friendly and reliable driver who got us to our destinations safely and on time. Over our 3-day trip we had 3 drivers (including the owner) and they all gave us the same safe, friendly and reliable service. The one who took us to the outdoor reception helped push me down a difficult path that included a step, no complaints. The one who took us to the airport even helped us get our bags from our hotel room, helped my wife with her shoes and helped push both of us out to the van. They followed the itinerary perfectly and we rarely had to call dispatch. The only time we had to wait longer than planned was when getting picked up from the reception, but we stayed in contact, and the wait wasn't bad, less than 15 minutes. (the weather was beautiful and we were on vacation with nowhere else to go for the day except back to our hotel).
Overall a great experience and I am looking forward to using them again for our next trip to Utah!”
